Set up will start one hour before Breakfast/Check-In. We have limited golf carts available to take sponsors to their designated holes, so please arrive as early as possible to ensure set-up before Players arrive for Breakfast & Check-In.

No. Golf carts are reserved for the Players, but we will have members of the SkyShare team available to take you to and from your hole.

In order to provide the best experience for our SkyShare Owners, Friends, and Sponsors, only SkyShare Owners and their guests can golf.
The only exception is our Captain Sponsorships, which includes a foursome for golf (dependent on availability) in addition to hole sponsorship.

Can I bring my own snacks/drinks?
Unfortunately, the golf course has requested that we don’t allow for outside food or drinks. We provide Breakfast and Lunch to all attendees, and will also have a snack cart available during the tournament.
No alcohol is permitted on the course.

When will I be picked up from my hole for lunch?
Members of the SkyShare team will be available before Lunch hour to pick up sponsors and their booth equipment, as the tournament portion comes to a close.
Please note, First Officer and Crew Sponsorships do not include lunch.
